Requirements

- Currently living in LATAM.
- Excellent English skills (both written and spoken).
- Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to learn new CRM software.
- Own reliable laptop/computer.
- Headset for calls.
- Stable internet connection.
- Self-motivated, organized, and happy working independently in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Leading Conversations: Handle communications regarding software licensing and compliance cases via email, phone, and video.
- Digging into Data: Review case details, analyze the situation, and keep our CRM organized and up to date.
- Finding Solutions: Manage leads and use negotiation skills to resolve compliance issues effectively.
- Sharing Knowledge: Help document processes and create reports to strengthen the team.
