  • B.Com or similar undergraduate qualification; or relevant work experience
  • Background in education, professional development, or a related field
  • Experience selling training, education, or skills development solutions

Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through a balanced mix of new business acquisition and upselling/cross-selling to existing clients
  • Build and manage a structured pipeline of new and existing opportunities
  • Maintain strong follow-up cadence to maximise conversion and revenue expansion
  • Identify, qualify, and secure new B2B clients
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Engage HR leaders, L&D managers, department heads, and business owners
  • Proactively identify opportunities to expand revenue within existing accounts
  • Deliver professional written proposals and verbal presentations
  • Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasting, and activity tracking
