- Confidence engaging with key decision-makers
- Strong pipeline management and follow-up discipline
- B.Com or similar undergraduate qualification; or relevant work experience
- Background in education, professional development, or a related field
- Experience selling training, education, or skills development solutions
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through a balanced mix of new business acquisition and upselling/cross-selling to existing clients
- Build and manage a structured pipeline of new and existing opportunities
- Maintain strong follow-up cadence to maximise conversion and revenue expansion
- Identify, qualify, and secure new B2B clients
- Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Engage HR leaders, L&D managers, department heads, and business owners
- Proactively identify opportunities to expand revenue within existing accounts
- Deliver professional written proposals and verbal presentations
- Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasting, and activity tracking
