Requirements

  • 10+ years of successful enterprise sales experience in manufacturing software (APS, MES, or related plant-level solutions)
  • Proven track record of closing large new business deals and consistently exceeding $1MM+ ARR targets
  • Strong experience selling into complex manufacturing sectors such as aerospace & defense, medical devices, automotive, or industrial
  • Ability to engage and influence multi-stakeholder buying groups at plant and enterprise levels
  • Expertise in consultative, value-based selling with strong business case development skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
  • Strong analytical mindset with structured approach to sales strategy and execution
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed

Responsibilities

  • Own the full enterprise sales lifecycle, focusing on winning new logos and expanding strategic accounts within complex manufacturing environments.
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies and account plans, building pipeline and closing high-value opportunities across plant and multi-plant organizations.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting, qualification, solution positioning, negotiation, and closing enterprise deals.
  • Drive new revenue by selling integrated manufacturing solutions spanning planning, scheduling, and execution systems.
  • Build structured account strategies including value propositions, stakeholder mapping, competitive positioning, and demo planning.
  • Develop and execute ABM and strategic account plans to expand pipeline and accelerate deal velocity.
  • Provide accurate forecasting and maintain disciplined pipeline management using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales Engineering, Product, and Services to support solution delivery and customer success.
  • Gather market insights and customer feedback to influence product strategy and roadmap decisions.
