Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in technology roles such as Technical Program Management, Product Management, Software Engineering, or related technical disciplines.
- Proven experience leading complex, multi-team programs through the full software development lifecycle.
- Strong technical fluency with the ability to understand system architecture, define functional specifications, and influence technical decisions.
- Demonstrated experience working on or closely with Ads technology or large-scale digital advertising systems is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear priorities and narratives.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience collaborating across senior engineering and product leadership.
- High sense of ownership, intellectual curiosity, and ability to operate independently in fast-paced environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technology or engineering discipline required; advanced degrees are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning and execution of large-scale, complex Ads engineering programs with high visibility, ambiguity, and cross-functional dependencies.
- Define program structure, success metrics, timelines, and execution frameworks in partnership with Engineering, Product, and Data Science teams.
- Drive end-to-end delivery of initiatives, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and managing risks, dependencies, and scope changes.
- Own clear and structured communication across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive-level updates and narratives.
- Facilitate collaboration between distributed teams, ensuring shared ownership, accountability, and efficient delivery processes.
- Identify technical and execution risks early, proactively proposing mitigation strategies and decision paths.
- Contribute to broader organizational initiatives that improve program management practices, scalability, and operational excellence.
