Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in program management, product operations, delivery leadership, or related operational leadership roles
- Experience operating within fast-paced, founder-led, or executive-driven product organizations
- Strong understanding of software development workflows, Agile methodologies, and cross-functional product delivery processes
- Demonstrated success managing complex prioritization decisions, dependencies, and organizational tradeoffs
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across technical and business teams
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and operational problem-solving capabilities
- Experience building scalable operational processes and delivery frameworks
- Ability to thrive in fast-changing environments while maintaining focus and execution discipline
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers, ensuring strong product leadership, clear ownership, and alignment between business priorities, customer needs, and execution outcomes
- Translate executive and business priorities into clear, sequenced, and actionable product roadmaps
- Own and manage the company’s prioritization and delivery processes to ensure teams remain focused on the highest-impact initiatives
- Lead quarterly planning, sprint planning, prioritization reviews, and ongoing execution cadences across cross-functional teams
- Evaluate team capacity and resource allocation across Engineering, Design, Product, and related functions to support sustainable and efficient delivery
- Identify competing priorities, delivery risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies early, driving tradeoff decisions when necessary
- Ensure projects are properly scoped, prioritized, and prepared before entering development
- Track progress against timelines, milestones, and business outcomes while maintaining visibility and accountability across initiatives
- Partner closely with Engineering leadership to improve execution quality, delivery consistency, and operational efficiency
- Coordinate cross-functional alignment between Engineering, Design, Revenue, Operations, and executive stakeholders
- Establish and refine scalable operational processes and planning frameworks that improve throughput and predictability without creating unnecessary overhead
- Maintain clear visibility into roadmap status, active initiatives, dependencies, risks, and sequencing decisions
- Leverage delivery metrics, KPIs, and operational insights to improve planning accuracy and execution effectiveness
- Reduce organizational thrash and unstructured work by reinforcing prioritization discipline and execution focus
- Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, collaboration, and operational excellence across teams
