Requirements
- Quick, scrappy and first and foremost a builder.
- At least 2+ years shipping complex but beautiful features to real users.
- Excellent taste for well-crafted interaction design and UI details.
- Worked in a high-growth, fast-paced environment (ideally another startup) and can drive things forward with relatively little oversight.
Responsibilities
- Designing and shipping features that define how humans and AI collaborate to do research.
- Talking to users, translating these conversations into product features, improvements and fixes.
- Working closely with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation and rapid iteration.
- Owning aspects of our visual identity across product, marketing, socials and brand.
- Maintaining design systems, documentation practices and workflows that help the team build visually consistent, high-quality features quickly.
