Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product or UX/UI design roles with a portfolio demonstrating user-centered design principles.
- Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools such as InVision or Framer.
- Experience in user research and usability testing with the ability to translate findings into actionable insights.
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and multi-device design experience.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively advocate for design decisions.
- Problem-solving skills with adaptability and a willingness to learn complex solutions.
- Passion for creating impactful user experiences with a keen attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, QA, and stakeholders to define user requirements and objectives.
- Lead the end-to-end design process from concept ideation to prototyping and final UI design.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Create user personas, journey maps, and other artifacts to communicate user needs effectively.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries for consistency across platforms.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advocate for their integration into design processes.
- Maintain visual consistency across all web properties according to brand guidelines.
- Design responsive layouts for optimal user experiences across web, desktop, mobile, and tablet.
