Requirements
- 15+ years of marketing experience with a demonstrated focus on campaign strategy and execution, ideally in a fast-moving consumer brand or agency environment
- Proven track record of developing and launching integrated campaigns across digital, social, OOH, and retail channels
- Strong creative instincts paired with analytical discipline
- Deep fluency in paid and owned digital channels, including social, programmatic, and content
- Experience managing campaign budgets, agency relationships, and cross-functional stakeholders
- New product launch experience required
- Passion for and curiosity about the cannabis industry
- People leadership experience with a track record of developing direct reports
- Bachelor's degree required
- MBA a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead campaign ideation, planning, and execution for new product launches, seasonal releases, limited-time offers, and brand collaborations.
- Develop clear campaign briefs that define business objectives, target audiences, messaging hierarchy, and channel requirements
- Maintain a rolling 12-month campaign roadmap that helps the organization plan and resource effectively
- Champion big, culturally resonant ideas built for multi-channel extension across OOH, social, digital, retail, and experiential
- Own end-to-end execution — coordinating across product, creative, channel, media, and legal to deliver on time and on budget
- Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and trafficking across paid, owned, and earned channels
- Act as the connective tissue between product, marketing, and commercial teams to ensure coherence across all touchpoints
- Conduct post-campaign analysis and translate findings into actionable improvements for future cycles
- Lead and develop a team of campaign marketers, fostering accountability, creative rigor, and continuous learning
- Leverage and grow a network of agency partners across creative, media, and influencer disciplines
