Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or a similar analytical finance role.
  • Experience working in a high-growth technology or SaaS environment is highly desirable.
  • Strong financial modeling skills with advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex modeling and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with ERP or EPM systems such as NetSuite or Workday Adaptive Planning.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to manage large datasets and deliver accurate insights under tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial concepts clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Lead annual budgeting and monthly forecasting cycles for G&A functions, ensuring alignment with overall financial and strategic objectives.
  • Develop and maintain advanced financial models to evaluate business initiatives, cost optimization opportunities, and long-term investment ROI.
  • Deliver clear and impactful financial insights to senior leadership by translating complex datasets into actionable recommendations.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve financial systems, automate reporting processes, and enhance data accuracy within planning tools.
  • Manage end-to-end financial workstreams, ensuring alignment of stakeholders on timelines, deliverables, and financial objectives.
  • Support strategic decision-making by analyzing large datasets and identifying trends, risks, and opportunities across business functions.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of FP&A processes, tools, and reporting frameworks.
