Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience in financial analysis, data analytics, FP&A support, or a related analytical field.
  • Strong expertise in financial modeling and data analysis, with advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for building and maintaining complex models.
  • Experience working with financial systems, databases, or enterprise planning tools, with the ability to manage and validate large datasets.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, respond to time-sensitive requests, and deliver high-quality outputs under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management across Finance and operational teams.
  • Preferred: experience with Adaptive Planning or Workday, exposure to FP&A environments, compensation modeling, or nonprofit/public sector analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Support FP&A reporting and analysis needs by producing and maintaining recurring dashboards and reports, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.
  • Build and maintain driver-based forecasting tools that support multi-year planning and financial modeling initiatives.
  • Analyze financial trends, forecasts, and actuals to surface insights that inform strategic and operational decision-making across the enterprise.
  • Provide cross-functional analytical support by partnering with FP&A, Accounting, and People teams on initiatives such as compensation modeling and workforce-related analysis.
  • Maintain and enhance financial planning systems (e.g., Adaptive Planning), including system administration, troubleshooting, template management, and data integrity oversight.
  • Drive continuous improvement of reporting tools, workflows, and planning processes to increase efficiency, usability, and scalability for Finance stakeholders.
  • Contribute to Finance team priorities through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and ongoing participation in operational and strategic initiatives.
