Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in data analytics, digital marketing analytics, product analytics, or a related field
- Strong experience working with large datasets and deriving actionable business insights
- Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals including technical SEO, on-page, off-page, and local search
- Experience building dashboards and reports for diverse stakeholder groups
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data accuracy and consistency
- Proficiency with SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or similar platforms
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar
- Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience in SaaS, agency, or SMB-focused environments is a plus
- Python or automation experience is an additional advantage
Responsibilities
- Analyze SEO performance data across multiple client portfolios to identify trends, opportunities, and performance drivers
- Build, maintain, and evolve SEO reporting frameworks, dashboards, and performance scorecards
- Define and standardize SEO KPIs to ensure consistent measurement across teams and business units
- Evaluate the impact of SEO strategies and product features on organic search performance
- Conduct post-launch analysis of product updates and their influence on SEO outcomes
- Develop benchmarking models to compare performance across industries, verticals, and client segments
- Partner with product, engineering, and data teams to improve data quality and expand SEO data accessibility
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear insights and strategic recommendations for stakeholders
