Requirements
- 5+ years of data analysis experience in an industry setting.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Math, Statistics, or related field.
- Strong SQL proficiency with experience in complex queries.
- Experience in working with cloud data warehouses and modeling analytic views.
- Strong experience defining metrics and developing actionable dashboards.
- Experience developing automated analytic solutions involving scripting.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated project ownership and ability to manage project milestones independently.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with Technology, Operations, Product, and other teams to provide business insights.
- Become an expert in diverse data sources and work with Data Engineers and Data Scientists.
- Partner with Data Engineering to build a scalable analytics metrics database.
- Conduct quantitative analyses to identify trends in care experience and utilization.
- Create and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports for stakeholder visibility.
- Complete time-sensitive ad hoc data requests ensuring high data quality.
- Guide stakeholders on reporting logic, metric development, and data limitations.
- Build automation and self-service analytics solutions using data tools.
