Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in incentive compensation, finance operations, or analytical roles
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and pivot tables
- Experience working with Salesforce CRM (0–2 years preferred)
- Ability to build, validate, and maintain complex data models and commission calculations
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail with high accuracy standards
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, and financial reconciliation
- Familiarity with Power BI or macro-based automation tools is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to make sound recommendations
Responsibilities
- Support the full lifecycle of incentive compensation and commission processes, ensuring accurate calculations, data integrity, and timely delivery of outputs
- Assist in commission plan modeling, analysis, and ongoing maintenance of compensation structures
- Extract, validate, and reconcile Salesforce CRM data used for commission calculations
- Support end-to-end commission processing, including quality checks and accuracy validation
- Prepare, maintain, and distribute commission statements and related documentation
- Triage and resolve commission-related inquiries, escalating complex issues when needed
- Support ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests for leadership and business stakeholders
- Assist in territory adjustments, target updates, and changes impacting compensation outcomes
- Contribute to documentation, reporting improvements, and process optimization initiatives
