Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in QA, test automation, software engineering, or SDET roles
- Hands-on experience with modern automation frameworks such as Playwright or similar tools
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript
- Experience with Cypress and Cucumber highly preferred
- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, Agile practices, and CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with SQL or NoSQL databases and data validation concepts
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools in a responsible and effective manner
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work under deadlines
Responsibilities
- Own overall quality assurance for assigned applications and features, ensuring readiness for deployment
- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into risk-based test strategies and validation plans
- Design, document, and maintain comprehensive test scenarios, including edge cases and cross-system dependencies
- Develop and maintain automated test suites using modern frameworks to ensure scalable and reliable coverage
- Build and enhance automation frameworks integrated with CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and shift-left practices to identify risks early and improve delivery quality
- Investigate defects, perform root cause analysis, and recommend preventive improvements to reduce recurrence
