0–2 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
Strong understanding of manual testing concepts, test case design, and defect lifecycle.
Familiarity with WebAPI testing tools such as Postman, SoapUI, or Swagger.
Basic understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps/CI-CD concepts.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to clearly report technical issues.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team setup.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
Exposure to tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or TestRail is a plus.
Basic knowledge of SQL or scripting languages (Python/JavaScript) is an advantage.
Interest in healthcare IT or enterprise software environments is a bonus.

Execute manual test cases for web and desktop applications to validate functionality and identify defects.
Perform WebAPI testing using tools such as Postman, SoapUI, or Swagger to validate endpoints and data integrity.
Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and define effective test coverage.
Log, track, and prioritize defects while supporting developers in resolution and retesting cycles.
Participate in CI/CD and DevOps workflows, contributing to continuous testing and delivery processes.
Conduct regression testing to ensure new updates do not impact existing system functionality.
Support improvement of QA processes, documentation, and testing standards within the team.
Learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and testing methodologies in a fast-evolving environment.
