- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4–6 years of experience in solutions architecture, technical consulting, or related engineering roles.
- 1–3 years of experience in a leadership or team management capacity.
- Strong expertise in systems integration, cloud technologies, and solution architecture frameworks.
- Experience working across technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive-level customers.
- Background in project management, technical delivery, or business process analysis.
- Understanding of integration methodologies and basic coding concepts is preferred.
- Experience in public safety, government systems, or enterprise platforms (e.g., CAD/RMS environments) is a plus.
- Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills with the ability to drive alignment across teams.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment with competing priorities.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Solutions Architects supporting law enforcement, campus, and corrections customers.
- Oversee solution design quality, ensuring consistent standards across all technical architecture and implementation work.
- Provide technical direction and project guidance, supporting team members in complex or high-impact customer engagements.
- Review and analyze IT system architectures to define, scope, and recommend scalable technical solutions.
- Partner with customers and internal stakeholders, including sales, engineering, product, and account management, to ensure successful solution delivery and integration.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and development of new Solutions Architects within the team.
- Manage team performance, resource allocation, and delivery timelines to ensure project success.
- Contribute directly to select complex implementations involving emerging or highly integrated solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement in architecture standards, delivery processes, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure alignment between customer requirements and technical execution across all engagements.
