  • Experience using AI tools or AI-powered sales features to improve productivity, automation, and customer engagement.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong organizational and analytical abilities.
  • Fluent German language skills and strong English communication abilities are preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in manufacturing, industrial technology, or metal processing industries is considered a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop inbound sales leads, ensuring high-quality qualification and efficient conversion into first-time customers.
  • Conduct consultative discovery calls and onboarding conversations to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Own the complete sales cycle from lead qualification through deal closing.
  • Use AI-powered tools and automation solutions to improve lead research, personalization, outreach efficiency, and sales productivity.
  • Build and maintain a structured and scalable sales pipeline while ensuring smooth handover to account management teams.
  • Continuously optimize sales processes, workflows, and funnel performance through data-driven improvements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support customer journey success and long-term business growth.
  • Monitor KPIs, pipeline metrics, and conversion performance to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Contribute ideas and best practices to improve commercial operations and strengthen sales standards.
  • Actively support the ongoing digitalization and modernization of industrial procurement processes.
