Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of successful SaaS sales experience, preferably within healthcare IT or other regulated industries.
  • Proven track record selling Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services or healthcare billing solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the RCM lifecycle, including patient intake, claims processing, denials management, and collections.
  • Experience selling into healthcare providers; exposure to physical therapy markets is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and standard business applications (Google Suite, Microsoft Office).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to tailor solutions to client needs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a dedicated sales territory by identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities within physical therapy practices.
  • Lead the full sales cycle, clearly communicating the value of RCM services and software solutions across patient intake, billing, claims, and collections workflows.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and conversion of inbound leads.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and lead contract negotiations to secure new client partnerships.
  • Develop strategic account and territory plans that identify stakeholders, buying processes, and revenue opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and activity tracking in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to support revenue planning and reporting.
  • Travel up to 50% to meet clients, attend industry events, and support business development efforts.
