Requirements
- 7–10+ years of product management experience in platform, infrastructure, or highly technical product environments
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-system product areas with cross-functional dependencies
- Strong experience working with engineering and design teams in technical domains
- Demonstrated ability to define problems, not just requirements, and deliver measurable outcomes
- Experience working with APIs, cloud-based platforms, and modern software architectures
- Strong understanding of product discovery, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making
- Experience setting and tracking product OKRs or similar outcome-based frameworks
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with strong executive presence
- Comfort operating in ambiguity with a strong bias for ownership and action
- Hands-on experience leveraging AI or automation tools to enhance product development is a plus
Responsibilities
- Own and define the product vision and roadmap for key platform engineering domains, ensuring alignment with company-wide objectives and OKRs
- Lead discovery and problem definition efforts, translating complex platform challenges into clear, actionable product strategies
- Partner closely with engineering and design teams to build scalable, reliable, and high-impact platform solutions
- Drive execution from ideation through delivery, ensuring clarity on success metrics, constraints, and outcomes
- Leverage data, user insights, and experimentation to validate hypotheses and guide product direction
- Integrate AI-first thinking into product discovery, decision-making, and execution processes
- Communicate product strategy, trade-offs, and progress clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Improve product development practices and drive consistency in execution across platform teams
- Ensure platform solutions support scalability, reliability, and long-term technical evolution
