Requirements
- 5+ years of overall experience in product management
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS company
- Hands-on experience working with AI/LLM-based products — you understand how they work, their limitations, and how to work with AI engineers effectively
- Proven ability to work autonomously in an early-stage environment — no hand-holding
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and external contractors
- Strong analytical thinking: ability to define metrics, interpret data, and make product decisions based on evidence
- Experience with product discovery: user interviews, hypothesis formulation, A/B testing, usability testing
- Proficiency with product management tools
- Fluent English — both written and spoken
Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize work for the development team
- Collect and translate client feedback into product improvements and feature updates
- Iterate on the MVP based on real-world usage and testing results
- Work closely with the CEO to engage potential clients and support go-to-market efforts
- Design and run marketing experiments: direct outreach, email campaigns, industry conferences
- Independently source and onboard freelancers or contractors when needed (designers, copywriters, etc.)
- Define and test hypotheses around product positioning and acquisition channels
- Communicate product progress and strategy to stakeholders
