Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, project management, or a related field
- Familiarity with Agile practices, Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and project tracking
- Ability to understand and communicate business requirements effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with teams, clients, and stakeholders
- Ability to escalate risks and provide clear status updates
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities, schedules, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment
- Able to anticipate risks, analyze challenges, and propose actionable solutions
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, mentor others, and contribute to a positive, values-aligned culture
- Comfortable using project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Miro, or equivalent)
- Familiarity with software development processes a plus
