Requirements
- 3–4+ years of IB or Corporate Finance experience at a top international bank (bulge bracket, elite boutique, or top-tier global advisory).
- Associate level; sector agnostic.
- Strong mode;ling and valuation skills (DCF, LBO, comps, precedents).
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
- Real intellectual curiosity about AI in finance.
Responsibilities
- Build realistic, deal-relevant scenarios, the kind of work you'd assign to a first-year analyst, and test AI outputs against the standards of a real deal team.
- Identify where AI reasoning breaks down on valuation, accounting nuance, and transaction structuring.
- Translate banker intuition; how you stress assumptions, navigate ambiguity in financials, and pressure-test management projections, into problems that challenge frontier AI.
- Build and annotate real-world DCFs, LBOs, comps, and live deal cases used to evaluate AI systems.
