Requirements
- 3–4+ years of IB or Corporate Finance experience at a top international bank.
- Current Associate level experience.
- Strong modeling and valuation skills, including DCF, LBO, comps, and precedents.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Intellectual curiosity about AI in finance.
Responsibilities
- Build realistic, deal-relevant scenarios and test AI outputs against the standards of a real deal team.
- Identify where AI reasoning breaks down on valuation, accounting nuance, and transaction structuring.
- Translate banker intuition, such as stress testing assumptions and navigating ambiguity, into problems that challenge frontier AI.
- Construct and annotate real-world DCFs, LBOs, comps, and live deal cases used to evaluate AI systems.
