Requirements
- 3–4+ years of experience as a Business or Applications Analyst
- Strong experience with enterprise systems such as ERP, HR, financial management, or workforce/timekeeping platforms
- Advanced knowledge of configuration, reporting, system security, and integrations
- Experience with tools such as Workday ERP, UKG Workforce Pro, or similar platforms (preferred 5+ years exposure a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a structured environment
- Strong attention to detail with excellent documentation and organizational skills
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and system development lifecycles
Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into system configurations and functional design solutions
- Configure and optimize enterprise applications across financial management, ERP, HR, and timekeeping systems
- Lead or support medium-scale projects through full lifecycle delivery including planning, testing, deployment, and risk management
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, ensuring stability, security, and performance
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, process workflows, and system configuration guides
- Design, build, and support reports, integrations, and data-driven insights for business decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including HR, Payroll, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts and support knowledge sharing across teams
- Participate in testing activities including system updates, patches, and deployment validation
