Requirements
- Proven experience managing TikTok Shop or similar social commerce platforms for e-commerce brands
- Demonstrated success in scaling affiliate or influencer marketing programs
- Strong outreach and sales mindset with experience in high-volume communication (DMs, email, creator outreach)
- Hands-on experience with TikTok Affiliate Center, TikTok Creator Marketplace, and TikTok Seller Center
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with creators and partners
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze GMV, conversion rates, ROI, and campaign performance
- Deep understanding of TikTok trends, viral content formats, and platform dynamics
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment
- Existing network of TikTok creators or influencers is considered a strong advantage
Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard TikTok creators and affiliates at scale through TikTok Affiliate Center and TikTok Creator Marketplace
- Build and manage a high-performing affiliate network from the ground up, focusing on engagement and revenue generation
- Negotiate commission structures and maintain strong long-term relationships with creators and influencers
- Develop creative briefs aligned with TikTok trends to maximize content performance and conversion rates
- Execute product seeding strategies and track ROI from creator collaborations and campaigns
- Launch and manage TikTok Live events, flash sales, and creator-led campaigns to increase GMV
- Optimize product listings in TikTok Seller Center, including titles, visuals, pricing, and promotional offers
- Monitor shop performance metrics such as reviews, fulfillment, compliance, affiliate GMV, and conversion rates
- Analyze campaign and affiliate performance, delivering weekly reports with actionable insights and optimization recommendations
