Requirements
- 4–6 years of hands-on SEO experience, including strong exposure to local SEO.
- Solid understanding of technical SEO, including site architecture, crawlability, indexing, and on-page optimization.
- Strong experience in Google Business Profile management and local listing optimization.
- Knowledge of structured data (schema markup) and its implementation.
- Experience working closely with developers and website teams on SEO fixes and enhancements.
- Ability to conduct keyword research and guide content strategy effectively.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
- Exposure to U.S. or similar international markets is preferred.
- Good understanding of AEO concepts, voice search, featured snippets, and AI-driven search behavior is a plus.
- Knowledge of CMS platforms such as WordPress and basic understanding of CRO and conversion funnels is desirable.
- Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Conduct technical SEO audits and improve site health, including crawlability, indexing, metadata, internal linking, and overall site structure.
- Implement and maintain structured data (schema markup) to improve search and AI visibility.
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve technical SEO issues and ensure optimal website performance.
- Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles, ensuring accurate categories, services, posts, and engagement.
- Maintain NAP consistency across directories and improve local search and map visibility.
- Support AEO and GEO initiatives by structuring content for AI systems, voice search, and conversational queries.
- Improve conversion rates by identifying UX and content optimization opportunities in collaboration with design and content teams.
- Work cross-functionally with website, content, social, and PPC teams to align SEO strategies with broader digital goals.
