Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the structure of large-scale training programs ensuring alignment with organizational strategies.
  • Define program-level objectives and outcomes aligned with business needs.
  • Partner with instructional designers for course framework and guidance.
  • Collaborate on the sequencing of courses to create effective learning pathways.
  • Coordinate development timelines, deliverables, and resources across the team.
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all program components.

  • Develop evaluation strategies to assess program effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with leaders and SMEs to meet strategic needs.
