Requirements

- Proven experience designing large-scale learning programs.

- Expertise in instructional design frameworks and learning taxonomies.
- Strong project management skills with multi-program oversight capability.
- Proficiency with eLearning technologies and LMS platforms.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strategic thinking focused on measurable outcomes.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to program quality.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the structure of large-scale training programs ensuring alignment with organizational strategies.
- Define program-level objectives and outcomes aligned with business needs.
- Partner with instructional designers for course framework and guidance.
- Collaborate on the sequencing of courses to create effective learning pathways.
- Coordinate development timelines, deliverables, and resources across the team.
- Ensure consistency and quality across all program components.
- Apply backwards design principles for measurable outcomes alignment.
- Develop evaluation strategies to assess program effectiveness.
- Collaborate with leaders and SMEs to meet strategic needs.
- Communicate program vision and progress to stakeholders.
- Monitor industry trends and innovate program development.
