Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- MBA or relevant certifications are a plus
- 7-10 years of experience in performance marketing across paid, earned, and owned channels
- Hands-on experience with full funnel campaigns including broadcast media, Google, Meta, and SEO/AEO/GEO
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and turn insights into strategies
- Experience managing multi-channel ad budgets and optimizing for various KPIs
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager
- Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to coach teams to achieve their best.
Responsibilities
- Own the full marketing funnel across B2B2E and DTC—from brand awareness through acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
- Define and execute a holistic growth strategy that integrates brand, performance, product-led growth, partnerships, and lifecycle.
- Translate company priorities into clear marketing roadmaps tied to revenue, marketplace liquidity, and long-term customer value.
- Serve as a key voice in company-level strategy and planning as a member of the Leadership Team.
- Own and evolve the brand—including positioning, voice, visual identity, and narrative across all touchpoints.
- Lead creative strategy and production, ensuring performance marketing and brand marketing operate as a unified system.
- Develop omnichannel acquisition strategies across various paid, organic, and partnership channels.
