Requirements
- 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong emphasis on Go-To-Market roles in high growth companies.
- Experience at a SaaS or cloud-based company
- Deep understanding of GTM functions and the ability to assess candidates’ fit within these areas.
- Familiarity with GTM tooling and tech stacks to credibly assess candidates.
- Experience hiring across multiple GTM segments simultaneously with different hiring profiles and timelines.
- Experience partnering with Revenue leadership on workforce planning and role scoping, not just filling open reqs.
- Strong negotiation skills specific to GTM compensation structures.
- Proven experience in building and optimizing recruitment processes and workflows.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to recruitment strategies and decisions.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proven track record with recruiter-sourced outbound sequences and the ability to write compelling, personalized outreach that converts passive candidates
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for GTM positions, from sourcing to all the way through offer negotiation and offer acceptance.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and senior level leaders to understand hiring needs, define role requirements and profile, and develop effective recruitment strategies to successfully bring in best-in-class talent.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing techniques to identify and engage both active and passive candidates. Gather and leverage market intelligence to inform recruitment strategies, including understanding industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive landscape.
- Design, implement, and continuously refine internal recruitment processes to enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and overall effectiveness.
- Lead closing and negotiations with strong understanding of compensation and equity
- Ensure a positive and engaging experience for all candidates by maintaining clear communication, providing timely feedback, and upholding Astronomer’s employer brand throughout the recruitment process.
