Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking users via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries related to social media platform usage, account issues, and technical problems.
- Maintain a friendly and professional attitude in all customer interactions.
- Document and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall user experience.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on platform features and customer service best practices.
