Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Address product inquiries, after-sales support, and technical issues effectively and professionally
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with different departments to resolve customer issues promptly
- Participate in training sessions to stay informed about vehicle products and customer service best practices
