Requirements
- Independently licensed as a LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or PsyD/PhD in Pennsylvania
- A minimum of 1 year of experience working with children and adolescent patients
- A minimum of 1 year of experience working in a telehealth or virtual setting
- Own your own phone, computer, and high speed internet
- Flexibility to work a minimum of 15 hours per week during our peak "after school hours" defined as after 4pm ET during the week or any time on weekends
Responsibilities
- Deliver High-Quality Intake Evaluations: Lead individual in-person and telehealth intake sessions for youth ages 2–26, using evidence-based assessment practices tailored to each patient's developmental stage and unique needs.
- Build Meaningful First Connections: Spend the necessary time with patients and families to truly understand their experiences, educate them about therapeutic approaches available at Blackbird, and provide a warm, supportive entry point into care.
- Drive Strong Clinical Matches: Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans that ensure each patient is connected to the right ongoing treatment and provider.
- Collaborate for Integrated Care: Engage with clinicians, medical providers, and families to create coordinated treatment plans that address the whole child.
- Maintain Clinical Excellence: Maintain thorough intake documentation and patient records. Strive for the highest clinical and technical quality in all aspects of your work.
