Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in GTM systems administration, operations, or a similar role, with a strong focus on Salesforce.com.
- Expert-level administration experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (certifications preferred).
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot).
- Experience with sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft).
- Familiarity with customer success platforms (e.g., Gainsight) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of data models, integration patterns, and API usage.
- Experience with SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) a plus.
- Proven ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and derive actionable insights to improve GTM performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to think strategically about GTM systems and their impact on overall business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Administer and optimize key GTM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, Gainsight), ensuring data integrity, system scalability, and user adoption.
- Collaborate with GTM leadership to define system requirements, evaluate new technologies, and develop a strategic roadmap for GTM systems to align with business objectives.
- Design, implement, and maintain integrations between various GTM systems and other business-critical platforms, ensuring accurate and timely data flow across the organization.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency gains within GTM workflows, leveraging system capabilities to streamline operations and improve team productivity.
- Provide expert-level support to GTM teams, troubleshoot system issues, and develop training materials to ensure users are effectively utilizing GTM tools.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to provide insights into GTM performance, system utilization, and data quality.
- Manage relationships with GTM system vendors, including contract negotiation, service level agreements, and product roadmap discussions.
- Ensure GTM systems adhere to data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and internal governance policies.
- Lead and manage GTM systems projects from conception to completion, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment.
