Requirements

  • Proven track record of success implementing SEO principles and content strategy
  • Experience with keyword research, on-page optimisation, and link building
  • Analytical insight and ability to analyze website traffic and SEO metrics
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog/crawling tools
  • Strong communication skills, comfortable with client-facing roles and stakeholder relationships
  • Proven organizational, project, and time management skills
  • Genuine enthusiasm for digital marketing, SEO, and Content
  • Agency experience is a must
  • Experience with B2B tech and/or SaaS is a must
  • Driven to stay ahead of industry trends, including AI and automation in marketing

Responsibilities

  • Create custom strategies and implementing best practices for clients resulting in NSM attainment
  • Work closely with Associate Director when roadblocks arise impacting strategy and goal attainment
  • Craft creative briefs and compelling content campaigns with a focus on ideation based on competitor and audience insights
  • Set goals for clients during their engagement period using available data (Google Analytics, CRM, SEMRush, Ahrefs)
  • Ensure planned strategy is executed by delegating tasks and meeting deadlines using Asana
  • Partner with Project Managers to ensure all tasks are created, assigned, and due dates are met and communicated
  • Work closely with content writers and designers to complete content campaigns on time and ensure quality
  • Act as the main interface between clients and the team, building relationships and proactively communicating
  • Regularly report to clients on progress and impact of strategy through bi-weekly meetings, monthly, and quarterly reports, and bi-annual business reviews
  • Regularly look for opportunities for clients to grow their business with Directive (upsells/cross-sells/referrals)
