Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in Technical Program Management (TPM)
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional (XFN) programs involving engineering, legal, and business stakeholders
  • Strong program/project management skills including planning, tracking, and execution of complex initiatives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience creating executive-level presentations and documentation
  • Experience managing tasks, sprints, and workflows across multiple teams
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience required

Responsibilities

  • Lead execution of cross-functional programs supporting data engineering initiatives within legal and regulatory domains
  • Define program scope, goals, success metrics, and delivery timelines across multiple workstreams
  • Drive roadmap alignment across engineering, legal, and business stakeholders while managing dependencies
  • Identify program risks early and implement mitigation strategies to ensure predictable delivery
  • Track project progress, remove blockers, and ensure timely execution of deliverables
  • Develop clear documentation, executive updates, and stakeholder communications for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Improve operational processes and program structures to increase efficiency and reduce iteration cycles
  • Advocate for high-quality technical design and influence engineering best practices and system architecture decisions
