Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in Technical Program Management (TPM)
- Proven experience managing cross-functional (XFN) programs involving engineering, legal, and business stakeholders
- Strong program/project management skills including planning, tracking, and execution of complex initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience creating executive-level presentations and documentation
- Experience managing tasks, sprints, and workflows across multiple teams
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience required
Responsibilities
- Lead execution of cross-functional programs supporting data engineering initiatives within legal and regulatory domains
- Define program scope, goals, success metrics, and delivery timelines across multiple workstreams
- Drive roadmap alignment across engineering, legal, and business stakeholders while managing dependencies
- Identify program risks early and implement mitigation strategies to ensure predictable delivery
- Track project progress, remove blockers, and ensure timely execution of deliverables
- Develop clear documentation, executive updates, and stakeholder communications for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Improve operational processes and program structures to increase efficiency and reduce iteration cycles
- Advocate for high-quality technical design and influence engineering best practices and system architecture decisions
