Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience within the Salesforce ecosystem
- Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud or other CDP platforms
- Strong understanding of data architecture, data modeling, and ETL processes
- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis
- Experience with APIs and system integrations
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and configuration of Salesforce Data Cloud solutions
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions
- Design data models, identity resolution strategies, and data unification processes
- Integrate data from multiple sources (CRM, web, mobile, third-party platforms) into Data Cloud
- Define and build audience segmentation and activation strategies
- Provide guidance on best practices for data governance, privacy, and compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, IT, and analytics
- Troubleshoot and optimize system performance and data workflows
- Stay up to date with the latest capabilities of Salesforce and Data Cloud
