Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 15+ years of experience managing or supporting projects in construction, infrastructure, real estate development, or a related industry
- Experience managing project scope, schedule, and budget across multi-stakeholder environments
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with project management and document control software is a plus (Procore, P6)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort with ambiguity and a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and problem-solving skills
- Experience with data center, mission-critical, or large-scale commercial construction projects is a plus
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day coordination and execution of data center development and construction projects
- Provide mentorship and day-to-day oversight for an Associate Project Manager or Senior Associate Project Manager, supporting their professional growth, development of project management skills, and increasing responsibility across project coordination and delivery activities
- Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors to advance project scope, schedule, and budget objectives
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, risk registers, and action item logs
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and key dependencies; proactively identify and resolve risks and issues
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders
- Lead coordination meetings, establish agendas, and track follow-up actions across project teams
- Support procurement activities including contract administration, change order review, and invoice tracking
- Maintain project documentation and ensure drawings, specifications, and project records are current and organized
- Help ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements across project activities
- Support site activities as needed, including periodic travel to active project sites
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, and reporting standards
