Requirements
- 5+ years of dedicated backend development experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Java and the Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Hibernate).
- Strong experience in SQL database management, complex stored procedures, and performance tuning.
- Deep understanding of CI/CD, Git, and cloud-native environments (Azure or AWS).
- Proven experience with microservices or distributed 3-tier architectures.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal) for collaboration with US-based clients.
- Mandatory experience in nearshore/offshore client-facing startup cultures.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of robust Java architectures, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.
- Design and evolve seamless RESTful integrations to automate and streamline enterprise workflows.
- Manage SQL environments, focusing on schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
- Elevate team output through deep code reviews, technical mentorship of mid-level and junior engineers, and clear communication with stakeholders.
- Proactively identify technical debt, reverse-engineer complex logic, and implement modern methodologies to improve efficiency.
