Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management, including progressive leadership responsibilities.
- Proven experience managing or mentoring Product Owners in agile or SaaS environments.
- Strong execution-oriented product mindset, with the ability to balance discovery, delivery, and operational excellence.
- Experience working in B2B SaaS or software-driven organizations, ideally with multiple product lines or modular applications.
- Strong ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining structure, prioritization, and clarity.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience working closely with engineering and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to bring structure to fast-moving, complex, or less mature product environments.
- Experience in customer-facing product contexts and familiarity with agile delivery methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Product Owners, providing coaching, performance support, and clear direction across multiple product streams.
- Oversee execution and delivery across several agile teams, ensuring consistency in discovery, prioritization, and delivery practices.
- Coordinate dependencies and shared resources across product lines while maintaining alignment between engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
- Drive prioritization decisions and manage trade-offs to balance speed, quality, and business impact across competing initiatives.
- Ensure strong product execution by helping structure epics, define outcomes, and maintain visibility into progress and risks.
- Strengthen cross-functional collaboration with engineering, sales, and customer-facing teams to ensure alignment and delivery success.
- Support strategic alignment of product direction with customer needs, market trends, and broader organizational objectives.
