- Bachelor's degree
- Well-developed technical foundation in AI and ML concepts
- Experience delivering AI-powered products from concept to production
- Ability to navigate AI governance and regulatory requirements
- Strong product judgement with analytical rigor and user-centered thinking
Responsibilities
- Oversee the product roadmap for a defined set of AI capabilities
- Evaluate AI use cases in consideration of priorities, clinical outcomes, and operational needs
- Translate complex business problems into articulated product requirements and success metrics
- Conduct market and technology research to stay current on AI trends in healthcare
- Lead cross-segment AI pilots from concept through validation and adoption
- Define testing and validation approaches for both technical performance and utility
- Maintain a business-aligned AI backlog, prioritizing work based on impact and feasibility
- Guide end-to-end ownership of assigned AI products through launch and monitoring
