Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management, AI and ML product development or related roles.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Well-developed technical foundation in AI and ML concepts.
- Experience delivering AI-powered products from concept to production.
- Ability to navigate AI governance and regulatory requirements.
- Strong product judgement with analytical rigor and user-centered thinking.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the product roadmap for a defined set of AI capabilities within the broader AI portfolio.
- Evaluate AI use cases in consideration of priorities, clinical outcomes, and operational needs.
- Translate complex business problems into articulated product requirements and success metrics.
- Conduct market and technology research to stay current on AI trends in healthcare.
- Lead cross-segment AI pilots from concept through validation and adoption.
- Define testing and validation approaches for both technical performance and utility.
- Maintain a business-aligned AI backlog, prioritizing work based on impact and feasibility.
- Guide end-to-end ownership of assigned AI products through launch and monitoring.
