Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from initiation to delivery.
- Strong experience working in Agile environments, ideally across multiple projects or portfolios.
- Advanced proficiency with Jira and other project management tools.
- Solid understanding of project planning, risk management, budgeting, and change control processes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience communicating at executive level.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and align cross-functional teams toward delivery goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Project Management, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Basic SQL knowledge and familiarity with accounting or financial concepts is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic, tactical, and operational planning for large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects, including scope, timelines, dependencies, and resource allocation.
- Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive project plans covering schedule, budget, quality, risk, and change management.
- Oversee project execution while actively managing risks, resolving issues, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Establish and maintain structured processes for intake, prioritization, and management of engineering tasks and project deliverables.
- Monitor project financials, track variances, and manage change control processes effectively.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder reviews, ensuring clear communication, documentation, and follow-up actions.
- Define, implement, and continuously improve project management methodologies, tools, and performance tracking systems.
