- Experience working with vendors, comparing proposals, and making recommendations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills across multiple channels (phone, chat, email)
- High level of accountability with strong follow-through and ownership mindset
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
- Comfort working in fast-moving environments with shifting priorities
- Ability to build and improve processes over time
Responsibilities
- Triage incoming homeowner requests and translate them into clear, actionable scopes of work
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring smooth progression from intake to completion
- Coordinate scheduling, sequencing, and execution across vendors and internal stakeholders
- Source and evaluate vendors based on quality, availability, pricing, and scope fit
- Oversee project execution to ensure timelines, quality standards, and deliverables are met
- Serve as the main point of contact for homeowners, providing clear and consistent updates
