Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Analyst Relations, Product Marketing, Corporate Communications, or a related strategic function within a technology or SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of engaging and influencing top-tier industry analysts and contributing to strong placements in Gartner, Forrester, IDC, or equivalent frameworks
  • Strong understanding of enterprise technology, AI, data platforms, or complex B2B software ecosystems
  • Ability to simplify highly technical and strategic concepts into clear, impactful narratives
  • Experience operating in matrixed organizations with strong cross-functional influence skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while managing strategy and execution simultaneously
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Strong analytical thinking, business judgment, and proactive mindset in fast-paced environments
  • Experience in legal tech, financial services, or regulated industries is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the global analyst relations strategy and narrative, ensuring alignment with enterprise technology, AI roadmap, and growth priorities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry analysts across firms such as Gartner, Forrester, IDC, and niche research organizations
  • Proactively shape analyst coverage by influencing research direction, positioning, and market perception
  • Translate complex product, AI, and platform strategies into clear, compelling, and analyst-ready messaging
  • Lead preparation and execution of analyst engagements including briefings, inquiries, analyst days, and industry conferences
  • Monitor analyst research and identify opportunities to correct misconceptions and strengthen competitive differentiation
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Communications, Investor Relations, and Marketing to ensure consistent external narratives
  • Support and advise executive leadership on messaging, positioning, and engagement with analysts and the broader market
  • Measure and report on analyst relations impact against business and strategic objectives
