Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with strong focus on partner, channel, or alliances marketing.
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue through referral, co-marketing, and partner-led programs.
  • Deep expertise in partner segmentation, tiering strategies, enablement frameworks, and attribution models.
  • Experience leading distributed or global marketing teams in collaboration with Sales, RevOps, and Revenue Marketing.
  • Strong familiarity with marketing and analytics tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense, Power BI, and PRM platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate at an executive level with strong cross-functional alignment and communication skills.
  • AI fluency with the ability to apply emerging technologies to improve marketing efficiency and performance.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the global partner marketing strategy across referral, co-marketing, and joint demand generation programs.
  • Align partner marketing initiatives with pipeline and bookings goals across partner tiers, segments, and geographies.
  • Lead planning and execution of partner-sourced campaigns in collaboration with Revenue Marketing, Alliances, and Sales teams.
  • Standardize co-marketing processes, partner content deployment, and performance tracking to ensure consistency and scalability.
  • Leverage data, analytics, and AI tools to optimize targeting, messaging, attribution, and campaign performance.
  • Drive full-funnel accountability, from lead generation through bookings, ensuring measurable impact on revenue outcomes.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to embed partner marketing into broader go-to-market strategy and forecasting processes.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing global Partner Marketing team.
