- 10+ years of technology sales experience, particularly in enterprise software and services.
- 5+ years in outside sales or business development focused on the utility & energy sector.
- Strategic thinking regarding utility & energy priorities and technical challenges.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to navigate multi-stakeholder environments at the executive level.
- Experience managing full sales cycles and consistently achieving sales goals.
- Highly adaptive and competitive, with a strong organizational sense.
- Passion for environmental issues or outdoor activities is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel at least 25%.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a growing customer base for utility & energy accounts.
- Identify, evaluate, and execute new business opportunities.
- Structure and negotiate new business relationships, including complex contracting processes.
- Manage senior-level relationships with customers and key partners.
- Ensure swift execution of new Pano Station installations during the pre-fire season.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to assess the competitive landscape and refine strategies.
- Plan and execute sales tactics across various phases of the sales cycle.
- Drive ongoing account management in partnership with Customer Success.
