Requirements
- 7+ years of product design experience with a focus on web and mobile.
- Experience in building and scaling a design system.
- Strong product design fundamentals with excellent visual and interaction skills.
- Fluency in modern front-end concepts and ability to collaborate with engineering teams.
- Experience with AI tools in design workflow, particularly using Figma.
- Knowledge in setting and implementing accessibility standards.
- Proficient in Figma and documentation tools like Storybook or Notion.
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Own the strategy, roadmap, and evolution of the design system across web and mobile.
- Set and uphold quality standards, including accessibility and brand fidelity.
- Architect components for AI consumption and collaborate closely with engineering.
- Drive adoption through clear documentation, mentoring, and contribution models.
- Shape AI-assisted design workflows and evaluate new design tools.
- Mentor designers on systems thinking and accessibility best practices.
- Define metrics to measure the health and consistency of the design system.
