Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; advanced degree is a plus.
- 8–10+ years of experience in product management and leadership of cross-functional teams.
- Proven success in leading product strategy and roadmap execution in complex environments.
- Strong technical fluency with experience in cloud-based platforms and digital ecosystems.
- Hands-on experience with product tools such as Jira and Figma.
- Ability to use data and insights to inform product decisions.
- Excellent communication and influence skills.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive product strategy, prioritization, and roadmap planning across core platforms.
- Translate business strategy, client insights, and market trends into actionable product plans.
- Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery and definition through delivery and optimization.
- Establish clear product outcomes and measurable OKRs to guide teams towards impact.
- Build and manage effective product governance practices for decision-making and prioritization.
- Partner with Engineering, Operations, Growth, Client Success, and Regulatory teams.
- Serve as a trusted product leader to stakeholders, aligning diverse teams around shared goals.
- Lead and develop a team of Product Managers, coaching them to be empowered owners.
- Foster a culture of continuous discovery and rapid experimentation.
- Balance innovation with scalability, operational stability, and regulatory requirements.
