Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not mandatory

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Comfort working in a fully remote, independent contractor (1099) environment
  • Willingness to learn and adapt through coaching and feedback

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound client inquiries and engage with prospective customers regarding financial products including life insurance and annuities
  • Deliver tailored product presentations through phone or video consultations based on individual client needs
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and trust
  • Achieve or exceed defined sales targets and performance objectives within set timelines
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and optimize sales processes
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups to support ongoing engagement
  • Apply structured communication and negotiation techniques to guide clients toward informed decisions
