Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Translations, or any relevant field is preferred
  • Experience in interpreting project management, business administration, and customer service, or a similar role.
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English (Native or C1) and fluency in a foreign language
  • Ability to handle changing requests in a day-to-day environment
  • Strong decision making, organizational skills, problem solving, attention to detail, including the ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent cross-cultural and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong sense of professionalism, accountability, and politeness
  • Experience working in dynamic remote teams
  • Knowledge and experience managing conference events or remote simultaneous events is a plus
  • Project management certificate or training is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Perform cost analysis, prepare project budgets and quotes for clients, and work within established budget goals.
  • Manage the complete project lifecycle from initial client contact to database updates to final review after completion.
  • Ensure that all milestone stages are completed and reviewed for quality.
  • Adhere to applicable policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Answer client queries thoroughly via chats, phone calls, and emails on time.
  • Develop and maintain a trusted relationship with clients as well as establish and preserve excellent relationships with freelancers globally
  • Handle freelancers’ queries and negotiate their rates as needed.
  • Conduct screening of freelancers to be used in projects and ensure their understanding and application of DT policies and procedures, as well as the adherence to quality standards.
